Will, Probate & Estate Planning

Efficient and inexpensive transfer of property at death, or during one’s lifetime, can often be accomplished with proper planning. Conserving capital and minimizing taxes are important aspects to establishing any plan. Probate proceedings in court can be minimized or even eliminated, if the necessary documents have been prepared in advance. Lifetime transfers are also used in planning for taxes and property distribution. “Estate planning” is the process of reviewing each client’s particular circumstances, making recommendations, developing a plan, and then carrying out the “plan”, with the use of one or more of the following instruments:
